Notes:
There are gold nuggets of information at every coffee point, in every corridor and in every smoke hut. 
An open invitation for gripes and complaints is a tonic for a project. By giving the workforce a way to get their complaints to a place where they will be heard is a huge boost to any project.  
There will be exaggerations and false complaints of course, but these can be weeded out on first or second challenge.
In our system, gripes and complaints is a built is feature. Anonymous or not, this kind of information is the life blood of a healthy project.
